Thanks for taking a look at how I try to best serve you, my customers!

My pottery is made of stoneware and porcelain clays and is fired in a reduction kiln to a temperature of around 2350 degrees F. All the glazes used are lead-free and food safe. My pottery can be used in the microwave, washed in the dishwasher, and is meant to be used and enjoyed!

I mostly use the potters wheel to form my pieces, but I will often alter the piece after it comes off the wheel. I do hand build some pieces from time to time, and enjoy the different methods of creating and the freedom it offers me to express my creativity.

I also use pottery, both my own and other potters! I try and explore what I like in a new shape or form and how to refine it and make it better in my next pieces. My mug collection continues to grow as I try different shapes and once I've used a mug, it will often become a new favorite that inspires new and better pots.

Most often, my mugs hold Earl Grey tea, with one sugar. :)

Shipping details

I use USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. Part of the shipping fee includes packing materials to ensure you get your purchase in one piece! I use packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and other recycled materials to ensure your purchase arrives in one piece.

I ship at the standard rate, to ensure your fees are kept in check, but if you have need of a rushed shipment, let me know and I'll calculate the increased cost.

Once I pack and ship, as close to 5 business days of confirmed payment as possible, I'll send you a tracking number so you can know when to expect your package!

If you are an overseas customer, please allow extra time to receive your purchase.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

All the items listed in my shop are described to the best of my ability and are represented in the provided images, but if you receive a product that is drastically different than what was shown, please contact me as soon as possible and we can discuss how to best rectify the situation.

Though I do everything I can to ensure my pottery is well packed and secure, sometimes things happen in transit. If a piece is damaged in any way, I will either refund the purchase price and shipping charges, or ship a similar piece if available.
